- Can I use my final files for my stationery, outdoor signage...?
We supply your final logo design files for any type of use. You may supply your printer, web design company, advertising agency, etc. with the final files and they will never have a problem reproducing it regardless of the platform or software they are using.
We supply you with: JPEG, EPS, AI, PSD, CDR, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and Word files for Mac and PC. You will also have the exact color codes and font names.
- I am using a Mac computer, will I have any problems using the final files?
No, all files can be used for Mac and / or PC. We also supply you with the exact color codes and fonts.
- I don't want my final logo design to be displayed on your site...
will this be a problem? No, you own the final rights to the logo design, before we can display it on our web portfolio we must get written authorization by you and your company.
- Does TheBizLogo really create custom designs or do you use logos that another client did not choose?
TheBizLogo never recycles logo designs. The logo designs you do not choose are kept in archive for 3-6 months, then deleted. We store them on files in case you want to use those logos for icons or special event logos for your company or web site.
- Do you only deal with companies in the USA?
TheBizLogo is an international company. We have created logo designs for companies from all parts of the world. We study different designs and trends from all over the world and our designs can creatively tap into different target markets in order to create logo designs that attract your audience.
- Has TheBizLogo created all the logo designs displayed on this site?
All the logo designs that are displayed on the TheBizLogo web site have all been created by our
in-house logo designer. They are actual logo designs that have
been displayed to our clients. They might not all be the FINAL
version chosen by our clients, but they have all been custom
created by TheBizLogo.
- I need my logo created right away, can this be done?
We offer a 24 hour express logo design service. This means our designers will stay after business hours and develop your logo. The quality and creative process will not be compromised.
- I want you to design my stationery, but I will be changing my address and telephone number soon, can I delay the stationery process?
We will do one better, we will create your stationery using your
current contact information. Once you get your new contact
information we will update your stationery at no extra charge.

- How do I pay for my logo, stationery, brochure, slogan or other designs?
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Wire Transfers, *certified checks and *money orders are also accepted but * Must be received before work commences.
- What happens if a few months down the line I notice that our final logo design is very similar to an existing logo design?
Not a problem, just send us the logo design that resembles yours and we will recreate your logo design at no cost. This almost never happens, for 2 reasons:
1) We have a huge databank of logo designs worldwide that we cross reference in your industry before we display your initial logo designs to you.
2) Everything is custom created for you, so having a logo that looks very similar is rare.
However it can happen, so just let us know and we will re-create it.
- How would I know that my payment was accepted?
One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered and the approved payment.
- Do I receive an invoice for your services?
One of our account department managers will e-mail you an invoice stipulating the package you ordered and what is included.
- What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial logo design samples?
If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will create new design samples for you to choose from. We will contact you and discuss the matter further and continue to do so until you are completely satisfied. You may also wish to request a refund, at this point we would credit your credit card.
- How can I view my design samples?
We will contact you via e-mail. You will then be able to view all design samples on your very own customized viewing page 24 / 7.
This page will display all the designs we have created for you. You may access this page as many times as you wish and from any computer. You will also be able to give our designers your feedback on the logo design from this page.
- How many changes can I have done to my logo, stationery, slogan or other designs?
We offer unlimited revisions and modifications.
You will be working directly with our in-house designers via
telephone ( toll free ) and/or e-mail. TheBizLogo will continue to work with you closely until you are completely satisfied.
- Would it be possible to enhance or modify my current logo?
Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can revamp it. Please be sure to indicate on the online form that you currently have a logo.
- What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
There is a substantial difference between Corporate Designs and Illustrated Logos.
Corporate Logo Designs are simple yet unique and memorable images that are highly recognizable from any reasonable distance and size. An example would be Nike's "swoosh" and McDonald's "arches".
Illustrated Logos require more complex artwork. The turnaround for these types of logos is 5 to 10 business days. Illustration prices vary depending on complexity and level of detail. Please contact us for a free, detailed price quote.
- How do I place a logo design order?
You can order a custom logo design by clicking here or by clicking on the ORDER NOW
tab visible on any of our pages. Then, simply choose the package
that fits your needs and budget. Next fill in the required fields
on our order form and click on submit.
Once you place your order you will be contact by our accounts department to supply you with your invoice and design due date. You will also be
supplied with a username and password to access your logo design display page.
- What happens once I place my design order?
We have a
1-3 day turn around time on our design packages before any initial concepts are available for viewing. This turn around time is needed to thoroughly and concisely research your company, product or service. We need to understand your type of business before we create any unique designs.
- What happens after I choose my finalized design?
TheBizLogo designers will supply you with all the necessary files to ensure high quality printing for promotional material, signs, stationery printing, web use and other digital media. Some packages also include a CD-Rom, which will be shipped to you directly. If your design package does not include a CD-Rom, one can be shipped to you for $39, which includes shipping and handling.
- How will I receive my final files?
You will receive your final design files via e-mail and via your
customized TheBizLogo viewing page. All files are in high resolution and are provided in both PC and MAC formats for any type of use: website design, stationery, promotional items, animation, signage, etc... Simply supply those final logo files to your local printer and they will not have a problem with the reproduction. You may also use the files with any desktop program.
- Can I have a business card, letterhead and matching envelope with my new logo design?
If you wish to compliment your new custom logo with stationery, simply purchase the custom stationery package or save big by requesting the Silver, Gold, or Platinum logo packages that includes custom logo and stationery designs.

- Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
All the rights of the Final Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers. We supply this to our customers in writing, you may register or trademark your final logo design. Many logo design firms hold the rights to your logo design, make sure that this is not the case, it is important to own all rights to the design in order to avoid any legal issues after you have used it on printed material.
